This project consists of two habitations, a family house and a rental property located on the lower garden level. The project incorporates local architectural codes.

The project incorporates local architectural codes. The upper house comprises three bedrooms with a terrace and a swimming pool. Two separate buildings are linked by an exterior deck with vegetation that blends nicely with wood shingles on the façades, recreating the spirit of traditional Creole cottages.

The lower rental house has two bedrooms, with an exterior kitchen, and terrace leading to the tropical garden.
