Located on the less-developed side of St Barthélemy, this villa echoes local architectural traditions with four-sided shingled roofs, dark wood siding, and natural stone to best integrate the project into its native environment. The composition of the project is designed to produce a veritable microclimate protected from the wind.
It is composed of four separate cottages, housing the bedrooms and common areas, all linked by a deck that embraces the swimming pool, creating a sheltered outdoor living space. Through the choice of building materials, this new villa combines charm and contemporary style in a preserved landscape featuring a magnificent view of the bay at Toiny.
