A VISION
Bruneau Ghezzi Architectes was founded through the partnership of Yannick Bruneau and Jérémie Ghezzi, architects and long-standing friends. Their complementarity shapes the identity of the studio and its approach to each project.
The agency is structured around a dematerialised and multidisciplinary model, encouraging the circulation of knowledge and expertise on an international scale. This contemporary approach to the profession is aligned with the challenges of the 21st century. The design process draws on all the tools of its time: from sketching to physical models, from BIM to immersive technologies such as virtual and augmented reality.
The agency advocates a contextual approach, where nature and human intervention find a balance. It draws its references from vernacular cultures and ancestral common sense, confronting them with contemporary tools and technologies.
THE STUDIO
ST BARTHÉLEMY
Located in the heart of Gustavia, Bruneau Ghezzi Architectes develops its projects in an open workspace of more than 75 m², conceived as a place for exchange and creation.
Founded in 2019, BG EXÉCUTION supports the agency’s projects by carrying out OPC missions — scheduling, management and coordination — ensuring consistency between design and execution.
As part of its ongoing development, the agency will move into new offices in Gustavia in September 2026, within the JEM project, one of its latest achievements. These new spaces will fully express the architectural identity of the studio. A few preview images offer a first glimpse of their spirit.
PARIS
With experience across more than 90 projects in France, the Caribbean and internationally, Bruneau Ghezzi Architectes established a presence in Paris in September 2020, in the 11th arrondissement.

Bruneau Ghezzi Architectes develops a diverse body of work, ranging from collective and private housing to urban projects, cultural venues, retail spaces, restaurants, industrial buildings, as well as high-end residences and hotels. The agency is also involved in public-interest missions, affirming an approach to architecture that is both contextual and committed.
Specialised in construction within constrained environments, particularly in cyclone-prone and seismic zones, the agency provides responses adapted to contemporary challenges and environmental change.
